There are four separate scenarios as follows:
Failure for UK buyers: our Gold Medal service
Failure for non-UK buyers: Gold Medal service
Failure for UK buyers: our Silver Medal service
Failure for non-UK buyers: Silver Medal service

Collection: Depending on the weight we either get DHL to collect from your home or place of work and deliver to the UK LFD service department OR we ask you to send it to the address we supply and once we receive your receipt we will refund your costs.
Return to you: We will pay for LFD to send it after service direct to you.
